2-9-1 抛丸清理 Shot Blasting Cleaning:

 

根据清理工件不同,选择抛丸的设备不同,按照工件尺寸大小选择规格不等的抛丸磨料;工件表面去除铸造砂、氧化物、杂质之后会得到良好的表面粗糙度和清洁度,使后续涂装达到质量要求,也可以使机加工更加便利精准。

抛丸清理应用主要集中在铸件清理、钢板预处理、不锈钢板清理、工程机械、钢结构、管道防腐清理中。

 

Because different work pieces need different shot blasting equipment, we should also choose different size of abrasive products according to the size of work pieces. After removing the cast sand, oxide skin and the impurities, the work pieces can have good surface roughness and cleanliness which is beneficial to the subsequent coating to satisfy the quality requirements, it can also make the machining more accurate and convenient.

Shot blasting is mainly used for the casting cleaning, steel plate surface preparation, SUS steel plate cleaning.


2-9-2 喷砂喷涂 Sand Blasting

 

喷砂系列主要广泛用于被处理工件表面面积大、工程量大,表面清洁度和粗糙度要求较高,被处理工件一般耐腐蚀性强。

喷砂设备主要集中使用在船舶分段、风电设备、机车车床、桥梁工程等行业。

 

Sand blasting is mainly used for the processed work pieces with large surface area, huge engineering demand, high surface cleanliness and corrosion resistance.

Sand blasting is mainly used in the vessel segmentation, wind power, locomotives, bridge project, etc.


2-9-3 表面抛丸强化 Surface Shot Peening Strengthening

 

喷丸强化主要是提高零部件疲劳寿命,使零部件装配之后符合技术要求,反应出良好的品质。

喷丸强化主要适用于机车车辆、弹簧、齿轮、轴承、曲轴、连杆以及传动原件等部件强化处理。强化处理时对喷丸材料质量,特别在材质和硬度上有很高的的要求,只有这样才能在喷丸使用过程中发挥应有功能。

 

Shot Peening is mainly used to improve the fatigue life of the parts; it can also make parts meet the technical requirements and perform the good quality.

Shot Peening is mainly used to strengthen the parts of the locomotives, the spring, the gear, the bearing, the crank, the connecting rod, the transmission parts and so on. Strengthening treatment needs high quality of shot, especially materials and hardness to make sure the shot peening take effect.


2-9-4 金属添加剂 Metal Additives

 

 

金属材料通过造型特有工艺,形成符合制作金属添加剂理想金属颗粒和粉末。通过金属添加剂对材料成分要求,在冶炼过程中特殊配料以达到制作添加剂金属原料的目的。

 

Through a unique process, metal materials can form to the granules and powders which are ideal for making metal additives. To make the metal additives, we will add the special ingredients in the smelting process according to its requirement for the material components.
